Our family is desperate for this bill to pass. My brother is 58 years old with many health issues including high cholesterol, heart disease, sleep apnea, and bi-polar disorder. He does not qualify for disability, has been unemployed for over a year, has not been able to find a job that includes health benefits, and he cannot find an insurance company that will insure him. His doctor's bills and prescription costs are through the roof and he cannot sustain this due to his limited savings. Please help us!
